Ways to Make Indiana Balance Due Payments:

  • MAIL IN CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE PAYABLE TO INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE WITH PAPER RETURN OR E-FILE VOUCHER.
    • Provide your: Correct name, address, social security number, day-time telephone number, tax year and form number.
  • TAKE THE PAYMENT TO:

      INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46204
  • ELECTRONIC TAX PAYMENT (ePAY)
    • Log into (https://www.in.gov/dor/online-services/dorpay-tax-and-bill-payment/)
    • Will need to have an account set up.
    • Payments can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
    • Payments can be made by charge card (Visa, Discover, or Master Card) or by e-check.
    • Will need to know S.S.#, filing status (if married), spouse name, and spouse S.S. number.
    • $100 fee and convenience charge for charge cards
  • EXTENSION PAYMENTS
    • (EPAY) Need to know S.S. number and filing status use extension worksheet for Balance Due.

     

Ways to Make Indiana Estimated Payments:

  • MAIL IN IT-40 VOUCHERS EACH QUARTER
    • (BEST TO USE THE ONES INDIANA PROVIDES BECAUSE THEY ARE BAR CODED)
    • Make checks payable to Indiana Department of Revenue
    • Provide correct name, address, social security number, day-time telephone number, and quarter paying on the check.
  • MAKE ONE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WHEN FILING THE TAX RETURN
  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
  • LOCATING ESTIMATED PAYMENTS
